Monthly Shintani Team Training

If you're intrigued by the Shintani Team or have ever aspired to train alongside Shintani Team members, now's your chance. The virtual (on-line) workout welcomes participants of all ranks but will be tailored primarily to team members who are at least 14 years old and hold a blue belt.
