Many of us have already been training on zoom sessions. As a reminder or for those who have not attended a virtual session to keep the following in mind (these are also on the Shintani Website):

• Try to use front lighting and a dark background (if you have a window behind your training area try to darken the light from it)
• Make sure you join 5 - 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to start
• Make you sure you type in your name and use the video so the instructor can see who it is
• Make sure you remain on mute unless you have a question to ask (by default you will be placed on mute when you enter the session)
