COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY

Karate for persons with a disability can be rewarding at the grassroots and participation only level.  For some karateka, participating in competitions offers an opportunity to face challenges on the playing field, the competition ring or the tatami.
